For posed and/or professional photography, please review the guidelines below.

To ensure a peaceful and respectful experience for all guests, we ask that all photographers and visitors follow these guidelines:

Please respect other guests and the farm at all times.

-Personal photography is welcome during regular business hours.
-To take photographs outside of regular operating hours, please contact us for approval.
-Paradiso Lavender Farm is open to the public, event guests, and staff during paid tours. Paying a photography fee does not grant exclusive access to the property.
-Pets and drones are not permitted unless otherwise approved (see Drone Photography section).
-Paradiso Lavender Farm LLC may adjust this policy or deny photographer access at any time.

Any posed or professional photography session—including family portraits, senior photos, engagement sessions, maternity shoots, branding sessions, and similar staged photography—requires advance approval.

Fees:

$50 per client session/day

Mini sessions: $25 per client session

This fee applies whether or not the photographer is being paid.

Photographers hired for private events hosted at Paradiso Lavender Farm LLC are exempt from this fee but are encouraged to share images for potential feature on our website or social media.

To request approval, please contact us directly.

Private photography sessions outside regular business hours may be available by reservation.

After‑hours sessions include:

-Access to designated photography areas

-A staff member on-site to help minimize disruptions

-Restroom access and optional changing space (when available)

Rates:

-$100 per hour (2‑hour minimum)

-Additional accommodations may be available upon request

-Sessions must be booked and paid in full at least two weeks in advance.

-Refunds are not available.

-Specific location requests and alternate weather dates should be arranged at booking.

Availability is limited and granted at the discretion of Paradiso Lavender Farm LLC.

Artists wishing to paint or draw the farm are welcome to do so free of charge during regular business hours.

We kindly ask that you:

-Credit Paradiso Lavender Farm LLC in any published works

-Tag us on social media

-Share your finished pieces—we love celebrating your art

Approved journalists, bloggers, and social media influencers photographing the farm for the purpose of promoting our business may do so free of charge once approved.

Please contact us with:

-Your platform or publication

-Purpose of your visit

-Sample work or links

-Private sessions are not discounted.

Drones are not permitted on the property without prior written authorization.

Approved drone sessions:

-$150 per half hour (1‑hour minimum)

-Must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance

-Will always occur outside regular business hours

-Require proof of proper drone licensing

-Must be paid in full at booking (non‑refundable)

-Drones must remain stored until a staff member grants approval at the scheduled session time.

Videography:

-Videography sessions are available by reservation and priced on a case‑by‑case basis.

-Please contact us to discuss your project and obtain approval.

-Videographers hired for private events hosted at Paradiso Lavender Farm LLC are exempt from videography fees.

-We would love to see your finished work—please share access links so we may feature your content when appropriate.
